This year, our district grew by 3.8 points, moving from a 71.2 C rating to a 75 B rating—only the second time in our history that we’ve achieved a B.

Jefferson Parish is celebrating its Bicentennial in 2025, and they are inviting the community to join them in a year-long celebration to recognize their 200-year history!

In celebration of Jefferson Parish’s Bicentennial, residents and businesses are invited to participate in a special “Light Up the Night” event on the evening of Tuesday, Feb. 11, by illuminating their homes, buildings and businesses with blue and orange lights.
